Shipping & Delivery

If your item is delivered via a shipping company, the shipping service provider will contact you to arrange an appointment to receive your shipment. Please make sure you enter your telephone number and email address correctly!

Our goods are shipped free of charge domestically.
You will be informed by email and receive detailed shipment tracking. If you do not receive an email, please check the SPAM folder in your email inbox! In the case of a freight forwarding delivery, the freight forwarding company will contact you by telephone or email. Please always ensure that you provide your details correctly!
Your delivery may consist of multiple packages. Due to logistical reasons, these can be delivered on different days. Due to high shipping volumes, delivery delays may occur. However, the logistics provider endeavors to deliver the shipment as quickly as possible. Contact us if additional packages do not reach you within 3 days.
We send parcel goods via DHL Parcel, DPD and GLS.

Freight forwarding goods are delivered curbside via DB Schenker or IDS Logistik. The delivery of freight forwarding goods will be coordinated with you by the shipping service provider via email or telephone.

We do not offer self-collection.

OK-Living is a purely online retailer with numerous warehouse locations throughout Europe. A self-collection is not possible for logistical reasons.

A change is no longer possible after purchase. If the goods have not yet been dispatched, please feel free to contact us by email.

After the return of your goods is confirmed in our system, we will immediately arrange the refund.

Once the order has been completed, no changes are possible. If you would like to order more items, no problem! With us shipping is free.

Questions about products

When your product is delivered you will receive assembly instructions. Your item may consist of several packages or a separate screw package, so you will find the assembly instructions in one of them.
Please refer to the respective item description for the exact scope of delivery. As a rule, the assembly material is included.
You will receive the invoice by email after your goods have been dispatched.
Our products are mostly manufactured in Europe. We have many pieces of furniture produced to order exclusively for OK-Living by certified partner companies in Eastern Europe.

Here we are in daily contact with our manufacturers regarding improvements, customer inquiries and new developments.

As a buyer, you have a 2-year warranty from the time the goods are handed over.
You can check whether your item is currently in stock on each product information page. We provide processing times for all products that are available again and are not in stock. Alternatively, you can also be informed by email about the new stock of a product.
