Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal applies to consumers, defined as natural persons who conclude a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.

• You have the right to cancel this contract within one month without giving any reasons.
• The cancellation period is one month from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.

Exercise the right of withdrawal

• In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us that you want to withdraw from the contract.
• To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
• You can use the sample cancellation form that is provided to you.

Consequences of revocation

• After you have canceled the contract, we are obliged to reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your cancellation contract were informed.
• For the repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless a different type of repayment was expressly agreed with you.
• We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back.

Returning the goods

• You are obliged to return or hand over items that can be sent as parcels to us immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract.
• We bear the costs for the return.

Loss in value of the goods

• You are only liable for any reduction in value of the goods if this is due to handling of the goods that goes beyond checking their type, properties and functionality and was not necessary.

Reasons for exclusion or expiry

• There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the delivery of goods that were individually manufactured or tailored to personal needs.
• The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for sealed goods if the seal has been removed after delivery, or for goods that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

Return conditions

• If you would like to return your order, we offer you a simple and hassle-free return process. You can return your items to us free of charge and without giving any reason within 30 days of receiving your order.
• To initiate the return process, please contact us by sending us an email with your order number. Once we receive your email, we will provide you with a free return label for your return.
• After receiving the return slip, please pack the items carefully in the original packaging to ensure that they are not damaged in transit. Attach the return slip clearly visible on the package.
• Send the package back within three days of receiving the return slip by following the instructions on the return slip. Please note the shipping options provided to ensure that the return reaches us properly.
• Once we receive your return, we will check the condition of the items. Once verification is complete, we will issue your refund to the original payment account used within approximately 14 days.
